TNA files nomination papers for Northern PC

    The Tamil National Alliance filed nomination papers of Northern Provincial Council election for Jaffna and Killinochchi district at 12.30 pm today.

Tamil National Alliance chief ministerial candidate C.V.Vickneswaran filed the northern provincial council election nomination papers at the election commission in Jaffna this afternoon.

TNA Chief ministerial candidate C.V.Vickneswaran was accompanied by secretary of the alliance Mavai Senathiraja, MP’s Suresh Premachchandran, M Sumanthiran and several other party representatives.The wife of former LTTE Trincomalee District Political Leader Elilan, Ananthi Sasitharan, and  PLOTE leader Darmalingam Sidharthan and M.K. Sivajilingham.has been included in the list of Tamil National Alliance (TNA) candidates for the Northern Provincial Council elections.

C.V.Vickneswaran said, we have commenced new journey. For the past 25 years we did not hold elections in North. We need support from our people which would help to implement 13th amendment in this country.In the past decades the Tamil people strength was Tamil National Alliance and eople should support us to achieve massive victory in the Northern Province.

TNA group headed by parliamentarian Sivananam Sridharan filed nomination papers at 12.01 pm in the Killinochchi district secretariat.
